The variety of possibilities in lamination sometimes enables solutions never thought of before. Therefore we only give you a survey on materials and procedures on this page and are open for further challenges.
Bonded fabrics The most different materials such as Knitted and warp-knitted fabrics, woven Elastic knitted fabrics Non-Wovens Imitation leather PVC films, PE-films, PP foams can be laminated to bonded fabrics. We offer different procedures. Flame lamination We work with polyurethane foams up to a width of 205 cm. The volume weights of polyester or polyurethane foams are normally between 20 – 75 kg/m³. We laminate a final foam thickness between 0.3 mm and 20.00 mm. Our long-year know-how enables us to laminate the most difficult materials for you.
Flat-bed lamination In special cases we use flat-bed lamination. The composite is created by thermoplastic adhesive wax and/or films. Multiple laminates can also be produced, the precise structure is determined in co-ordination with the customer via test series. We work orientated towards our customers and their orders and you can be sure we find the perfect solution for your problems.
