The printing process starts with the establishing of sample colours following pantone, colour sample catalogue or other particulars. The colouring is realised and harmonised.

Then a first print is made on our sample print machine with sample pieces of 2 to 10 m length, in up to 5 colour variants, each in a width of 60 cm.

Our eight-colour precision printing machine is computer-controlled and equipped with digital individual drives which guarantees highest exactness of patter repeat. Designs with emphasis on weft are realised without problems by auxiliary technical appliances.
Our production starts with a minimum quantity of 300 m. We can realise print widths up to 320 cm. Printing is followed by a drying and fixing process as well as the final processes, e.g. washing out of natural fibres for burn-outs.
